At first I was pleased to believe this was due to the Cure set being on one of them but later I leveled one of the “twins” higher than the other and now THAT twin receives more healing from anoint which makes NO sense if the 10% is calculated only from the “target” of anoint. Although the heal base is misreported here and in- game: The heal is NOT based on the “target”(of the revive on death buff.) I’ve been testing the properties of Cure set on some twin champs I have and I see there is variance between the two when I use anoint on a him. His revive on death talent is useful because it also heals all allies a bit. He has served me well since early in the beginning. Those who do are valued greatly by their comrades in battle. Even low-born Elven warriors willing to spend 50 years in services as a practitioner of battlefield healing magic can claim rights to this title.
